What evidence does KunarPay submit?
KunarPay automatically packages: the original transaction record, customer IP address and geolocation, device fingerprint, billing address match, order confirmation details, and delivery tracking data where available.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required for standard disputes. You'll receive a notification when a dispute is filed and again when it's resolved. For complex cases, your account manager may reach out for additional information.
Does Stripe offer automated chargeback handling?
Stripe offers "Chargeback Protection" as an optional paid add-on with specific eligibility criteria. It is not automatic for all merchants. KunarPay includes dispute management for all accounts.
